Free accounts receive 10 credits a day on Korea time. A short address costs 1 credit, preview editing costs 2, and doing both costs 2. Credits reset at midnight; removing a link does not restore them.

Signed-in users can edit a card even without domain verification. Even when you write different copy per channel, keep the claims consistent with the destination and follow the abuse policy. If automatic metadata collection fails, enter the title, description, and image manually.
Customizing the shared link address has not launched publicly. Open Learn about Pro from the shared link address screen in the app and tell us what you need. The address format, DNS connection, and terms are discussed individually with the founder. For other questions, email support@trim.page.
Yes. The app shows and lets you copy both the short address and an address that shows the destination host and path. Both lead to the same link.
Free accounts share 10 credits a day across the web app, API, and MCP on Korea time. Creating a link costs 1 credit for a short address alone, 2 for preview editing, or 2 for both together. Editing an existing link is charged the same way: 2 credits if you change the preview, 1 if you only change the destination, and 0 if nothing changed. Failed or unchanged saves cost nothing, and deletion does not restore credits.
Messengers and social platforms cache link cards on their own servers. trim.page tells them not to cache the card, but one already posted in a chat keeps the old values until that platform reads the link again. You can edit the card of a link you already shared, on the edit screen in your link list. After editing, use the cache reset tool each platform provides so it reads the card again. For KakaoTalk, paste the address into the sharing debugger (https://developers.kakao.com/tool/debugger/sharing) and reset it.
The link stops forwarding and shows an expiry notice instead. Choose 7, 30, or 90 days, or no expiry. You can change the expiry later, on the edit screen in your link list. Moving the date into the future opens an expired link again.
Anyone can report one. Submit the link and a reason on the report page in the footer, or email abuse@trim.page. A reported link moves to under review and goes through a notice screen before anyone is forwarded, and a confirmed violation is blocked. Repeat violators lose their account.
